Our Store and Bakery

The mill store is an unusual place these days. It reminds you of an old time general store. Although you can't get hardware, textiles, laundry soap or a barrel of pickles here, you can get food grown locally and without chemical inputs. You will also likely get into a good conversation and make new friends, be it Lee or Linda, or like-minded people you meet shopping here, also looking for real, good food. You'll also find resources for other local producers of foods we don't sell.

In the store, you'll find all the flour products listed on the Product Line button on the menu, as well as our organic breads and pastries. We bake fresh breads on Tuesdays and Fridays during the winter, more often during the summer months. We offer seven varieties of rolled, flavor breads, whole wheat or multi-grain, rye, sourdough, and our excellent crusty French Country bread. On weekends, we add pastries to the bakery case, including tarts, scones, cookies, pies, coffee cakes and more! Stop by if you like to bake your own, or if you just enjoy eating wonderful, fresh foods!
